The leather and making of the navy blue ZAIRA backpack and the black cowhide belt V3651 are of much lower quality than the other clothing or accessories I previously purchased from GUICHARD. The price is of course lower but GUICHARD should, in my opinion, offer a higher quality level. Mediocre quality can easily be found elsewhere.

It is indeed disappointing to receive a garment in this state, we did what was necessary as quickly as possible and took care of everything. As soon as we received your package, we sent the jacket to one of our seamstresses who changed the snap and checked all the buttons, resewed the one that was loose and reinforced the others. We also sent you a promo code by email for a future order. When you received your package, you expressed your disappointment, we apologized and therefore offered to refund you. Hello, I received the order this Thursday, the product conforms to the photo. The blue cowboy boots gift for my wife please her immensely. I give 4* because I still find it a shame not to know if the product is in stock before ordering, the delivery time not being the same and I saw the same cowboy boots on another site 15% cheaper with the same reference number. That said, I do not regret this purchase. I can confirm to you that on January 7, 2019, they are displayed at 169.90 on another shoe and leather goods accessories site. Best regards.
