Fast processing and delivery, with very careful shipping, the only downside for the choice of the perfecto style jacket, take one size up because it is a bit tight.

Paid return. Customer service unreachable.. No conflict, but it's unbearable to spend time on the phone to get a response.

I just received the 3/4 leather coat I ordered, I am completely satisfied with both the quality of the leather and its cut, delivery on the scheduled date, very serious company, well received during our phone conversation as well as for placing the order.

No or very little information on the tracking of the purchased item even after 10 days of purchase "delivery between 15 days and a month" that's it, point bar as far as the payment facility is very good, it's one of the reasons that allowed me to take the plunge with the correct range choice, maybe an additional remark regarding the possibility of half sizes on the most sold sizes but that remains to be seen at the boot release.....

I reside on the island of La Reunion, a French overseas department. My delivery was fast. Order placed on June 20, arrived on the 23rd in the department. It was only the customs clearance that delayed my delivery (in customs since June 24 and delivered on June 30). Regarding the quality of my leather coat: it is very beautiful leather, supple, comfortable, with perfect seams. The ordered size is impeccable on the body. The sleeves are a bit long but I will have them altered by a professional I found in La Reunion. I want to thank Mr. Frédéric who, during my call, was able to advise me very effectively by giving him my measurements. Thank you for his patience and warm welcome. He is a true professional. I did not feel like I was 10,000 km away. The Guignard house is a serious company. And the big advantage is that it delivers to overseas departments. This was my first order, and it will not be the last. I am already considering the next one.

I received the leather jacket very quickly, but the package was in the name of the collection point, which thought it was a delivery for the store. My name was nowhere to be found, so the package was opened. And there was no way for the store to register the receipt of the package. The jacket was too small in size L, while I always take this size for my husband. I requested a refund because apparently there was no XL on the site. Return shipping costs at my expense: 19.50 euros! A big miss...

Good quality but poorly sized. For a unique size, it would only fit a 36 at the shoulders, it's tight for a poncho. It's a shame this wasn't specified.

zipper that gets stuck and heavy and bulky jacket

dark brown color and seams, in the photo it seemed lighter to me and the seams do not stand out, they are as dark as the leather. I wear size 38/40, I ordered size 40 with a sweater underneath too tight size 42 would have been more comfortable. 1 month for delivery a bit long but it was Christmas

Return of the first product due to a small defect. Otherwise, the jacket sent in exchange satisfies me.

No issues with the quality of the product and that of the shipment. Just missing a theoretical delivery date or a little SMS for the availability of the product.

Second purchase at Cuirs Guignard (a three-quarter coat 24 months ago) and a jacket for which only my size was left (so good price). Both purchases suit me. But it is a pity that the package tracking is useless for 5 days with the seller, and with Colissimo, it is not better for 7 days (this last one is publicly known and yet not cheap). Anyway, this makes me take away one star but does not detract from the quality of the two garments. (Will I come back??)

Hello I just bought the 3/4 caban SCOTT, apparently the shoulders fit very well but for the body envelope there are 30 cm too much, I really feel like it is made for obese people.
