Perfect, the product is of beautiful quality, the color matches my expectations.

Hello, the cowboy boots are beautiful but too big, despite my request for information to Cuirs Guignard before the purchase (who advised me to take my usual size). I will have to return them and it will cost me dearly in postage.

???? Very bad experience we ordered a bomber at 1500€ which arrived torn with defects when we requested the exchange it was not accepted because for them it was normal that it was due to the appearance of the leather. The quality of the jacket had nothing to do with the photos.

Already a customer for many years at Cuirs Guignard, quality leathers and the possibility of finding large size leathers. Customer service at the height.

Quality jacket, size ok, very good workmanship. Just one detail, the left inner pocket was unstitched.

Large choice, very fast and careful shipping. Competitive price. Slight disappointment, however, regarding the very thin leather which seems very fragile.

If it had been possible, I would have given 5/5 for the efficiency of online shopping and the refund after returning my order. I was disappointed upon receiving the item because the size did not match (I followed the size guide) and the design of the garment: a skirt impossible to wear due to lack of opening at the bottom, which prevents taking a normal step.

Size far too large despite the size guide, fearing that the size might still not be right, return is paid and cost me 10 euros. I opted for a refund once but not twice. However, the item was superb.

I still haven't received my order. So my opinion for now is not closed, however, I have never had a delivery date?

I had taken the precaution of calling for the color. We wanted an orange pouch. The person indicated to me that the mention cognac was due to the nomenclature but that the color was indeed orange as in the photo. Disappointment, the received pouch is not orange but cognac!!!!!!

We still haven't received the package?

Very beautiful house but disappointed with my last order, box half open fortunately the jacket was still inside and I was disappointed not to have the hanger anymore, but happy they have beautiful leathers

The item I had purchased was no longer available. I had waited 1 month to decide. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal, as their messages ended up in spam. I was therefore informed by PayPal. I found the same jacket on another site, 50 € cheaper.

Good quality leather, elegant model. Only downside: The size guide does not match the measurements of the item on the site. I had to request an exchange.

Very good telephone reception and good advice. Product conforms to the presentation. Too bad the manufacturing time was too long compared to the initially planned date.

Delivery within the expected time. Nice little lady's bag to wear as a shoulder bag. The shoulder strap is a bit stiff, but it will soften over time. However, the magnet placed to close the outer pocket is not placed in the right spot. As soon as the bag is loaded, the magnet is no longer in front and cannot close the outer pocket. Satisfied nonetheless.

Very nice jacket with a magnificent interior. The quality is top! Only downside... it wasn't the right jacket... and unfortunately the one I wanted is no longer available... hence my slightly severe rating... (I ended up increasing it). I just hope that as they told me, they will let me know if it comes back in stock! P.s.: For the quality and fit, I agree, I am willing to increase my rating. For the responsiveness as well, and to thank you in advance for letting me know if there is a restock. However, for the color... absolutely not... it was a very dark brown (dark cognac), this is also supposedly dark cognac but it is much lighter... it flirts with camel... and therefore not necessarily the desired color... But given the good quality of the product (especially the interior which I love) and since the jacket I initially wanted is no longer in stock, I ultimately decided to keep it and I am generally satisfied!

Very good quality of the product. Speed in shipping. Too bad the size of the bags is not mentioned, difficult to have only an opinion based on the image.

Quality/Price? For the purchased item, the quality level is a bit below expectations. The lamb leather lacks flexibility and has a rather average quality appearance.

Fast delivery, small defect on the leather jacket received, call to the store who asks for photos to confirm the defect. Response within the hour with a return voucher. New jacket received a week later and in perfect condition. I recommend despite the defect on the first jacket. Responsive customer service.

Delivery time and product quality

Having recently purchased a leather jacket, be careful with the size despite the size guide. After measuring my chest which corresponds to XL, I decided to order 2XL for more comfort. After receiving the jacket and trying it on, I was not comfortable in my movements especially since in winter, you can have a sweater on. I requested an exchange for 3XL, the transaction by phone went well and the shipping was fast. Now I am comfortable in this jacket.

I request a refund for my purchase because I was assured of the provision of a size after visiting and returning the product to the store in Mauléon that I apparently will not be able to have before September. I have made a request to a consumer association

Nothing to say, very professional and fast! Attention for the Swiss, customs fees are exorbitant!!

Order placed on April 25, 2024. My payment was accepted the same day and since then I have had no new information. I do not know if and when my package has been sent.
