Do not hesitate to try with a plastic bag, the foot slips much better than in a sock. I ordered some boots which have still not arrived. I paid all the charges on the website. I have now received a letter from a delivery company saying I have to pay a whopping £102 in customs and excise charges to receive the parcel. There is no mention of this on the transaction. I am waiting for someone to get back to me. I would have never ordered the boots if I knew this. Update: Cuirs Guignard have responded have have helped with the cost of the Customs Duty and clearance tax which I got charged, I paid the VAT. So I'm very appreciative of their response. The delivery was fast, the jacket seems to be of good quality. I waterproofed the leather and the hood, no issues with the rain. I leave for work at 3am by bike for the cold, no issues either. I am very satisfied with my purchase. For the negative points I would say: 1. The leather seems a bit thin compared to my old jacket 2. The inner pockets are not deep enough for my taste (they don't close with a phone inside) 3. It's a size L but personally I find it more like a size M, my old size L jacket is much wider and I can wear something thick underneath, with this one it's not the case. For the positive points: 1. The seams seem very sturdy 2. The coat remains light (I prefer heavier ones but a light jacket is nice) 3. Really warm 4. The hood is deep and really protects well from the rain and wind 5. The zippers for closing the pockets (with a small leather band so you don't scratch your cold hands on the icy metal) 6. Deep pockets on the chest 7. The price! The coat has a really nice price considering the quality (now let's see over time)

The package sent by Colissimo was noted as 1.850 kg on it. I went to the post office and they weighed it at 2.400 kg. I paid 17 Euros then 21 with insurance. At 1.850 it was 9.75€. I would like there to be return sheets and that the shipping cost be deducted from the refunded amount to facilitate the return and avoid this kind of problem. The fact that the weight is not the same did not give me confidence in the supplier.
