Cuirs Guignard consistently delivers quickly and securely, with fast delivery and careful packaging that keeps products in excellent condition. Customers highlight high-quality items across categories, including leather jackets, boots, and handbags, praised for their fit, soft texture, and durable construction. The store provides attentive, personalized service over the phone, with knowledgeable guidance that helps customers choose the right sizes and products, enhancing the overall shopping experience. Overall, the shopping experience is described as reliable and satisfying, with consistent praise for professionalism and quality.
Store where you can shop with confidence as it is characterized by a remarkable knowledge of the products sold. Welcomed by very great professionals, attentive to the desires of the clients, but knowing how to tactfully guide them if they go astray, based on their morphology for example (waist size, chest size are requested...) we were remarkably advised (thank you Julien). The chosen "perfecto", of excellent leather quality and very well tailored, was delivered to us quickly, carefully packaged. Remarkable in every way.

The size guide is really helpful, clear and correct. The package arrived before the expected day. It arrived in good condition. The model meets my expectations, is magnificent and fits me perfectly. I put it on right away and in this cold period, it is appreciated. I only regret... having to kill to wear this... I hope that within society we are attentive to animals... to avoid killing more than our needs, unnecessary suffering... etc... life is about balance and our consumer society tends to break it in the name of the economy.

Serious company, fast delivery, good quality products, misled by a lack of update on the colissimo tracking during the return for exchange which indicated address error, routing error and so on. In short, I recommend Cuirs Guignard two hundred percent??

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, what a surprise to read your message, we do not understand at all. We indeed received a return request via the form, then we automatically process the request. We have therefore immediately set aside the desired size, size L, your return package was delivered to us on Saturday morning. We just processed your request this morning by sending you the size L as requested. You have been informed about your order tracking with the tracking number. Best regards, ETS Guignard
