They send you their satisfaction questionnaire before you are delivered, so what can I say? That they are aggressive as soon as we ask them for a package follow-up? That they treat you like slobs? And that I have no idea of my delivery date and in any case Trustpilot (of course since you are big bastards) will delete my review.
