Hello, could you give us more details? We have no order or information about you. Please note that when a customer places an order, they receive their order confirmation, their payment receipt, then just an email for the preparation of the parcel and its shipment with the colissimo link, and finally from the post office, confirming that the parcel has been dropped off and the day before delivery. For us, we find that there is enough information on the processing of the order. The delivery time is indicated on the product sheet; if there is a longer delay or other issues, the customer is informed, but if the parcel is prepared within 2/3 days, indeed there is just the shipping email.
