Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, You placed an order for a bag on 31/12 in the afternoon, it is clearly indicated shipped within 10 working days. January 1st is a public holiday!!!! And as you know, following the snowy episode last week, France has been disrupted, no transport, there is now a delay to catch up so the shipment is scheduled for today or tomorrow at the latest. But despite these small issues, we are within the indicated deadlines. Wishing you a good reception and that you are satisfied with the bag. Best regards

Hello, We are more than surprised by your message. You placed an order on our site on 23/12, the package was shipped on 24/12 and delivered to the desired address against signature on 27/12. We have not received any request from you regarding the non-receipt of the package ???? It was delivered to your home, you received all the notifications from the post office and we see that they have been opened. It is not normal to leave such a review.....

Hello, I placed my order by phone for a B3 jacket from Cockpit USA, the person I spoke to advised me very well especially for the size which is very delicate to choose for this type of jacket. Shipped the next day and received 48 hours later. Magnificent leather piece, I am super satisfied! I recommend this store

I just received Mayura cowboy boots today. The announced deadline was respected. The quality is present. Now I just need to 'stretch' them a bit. Another positive point: the care and seriousness given to the packaging and I also thank the service that takes pride in this work.

The color of the received garment had nothing to do with that of the website. The garment on the website is hazelnut color and I received a chocolate color. The refund was carried out correctly after its return, assuming the shipping cost (50 euros). The quality of the garment is unbeatable.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, We are very sorry for your comment and we are really surprised, as the color matches perfectly with that of the photo. We have the model in store and, indeed, it is the correct color. You returned the jacket; the order was canceled and you received a full refund, including the jacket and the initial shipping costs. Sincerely,
D
