I received the jacket, it is too small despite the provided measurements that matched. When I requested a return and refund, there was no offer for an exchange in a larger size.

Order not received because the supplier is closed until August 28, so 3 to 4 weeks of waiting. Order placed on August 15, so a total of 1.5 months of waiting, I think.

After a small issue with my order, the responsiveness from the Cuir Guignard site was immediate. Thank you for this professionalism.

I placed an order 9 days ago for a women's jacket, the amount of 191€ has been debited and since then no news.

Good afternoon, I wanted to thank you for all the work done, the product arrived in perfect condition and in good shape, but we were very disappointed with the jacket I ordered for my wife, as the inner lining is not the same (it is very thin) as well as the exterior (it is very thin, looks fake and does not have the thickness to protect at all) it is like tissue paper, that is why we are unhappy, it does not have the same thickness and authentic look as the women's jacket compared to the men's one.

Lack of follow-up on the current order! I had to call to know the availability, the delay, and the approximate delivery date set at (15 days) payment was taken well before even delivery!? Upon receipt of the package, the color of the boots did not match the photo on the site!? Quite disappointed.

Very disappointed with my purchase, the standard sizes must be Korean, be careful the return is at your expense, choose at least two sizes up to avoid enriching the post office. I recommend buying in-store after trying on. I wear XL in jackets and t-shirts in all brands, to be my size I might have needed 3XL. I stop the costs, already for sale on Vinted

Thank you for your response, I understand it very well. I just find that there is a discrepancy between the photo preview and the product received. I hardly see the aspect of 'really marked aged' in your photo. These boots remain very beautiful, we will see with time. See you soon.

I followed the instructions and measurements to order a leather jacket and in the end, the XXL is too big. Of course, my measurements were just beyond the XL.

Impeccable service and responsiveness. It is regrettable that the sizes indicated for the boots are absolutely unrealistic 44 instead of 42!!! But the quality of the products makes you forget the issues of product exchanges...

Hello everyone. I ordered a pair of Mayura boots model sandal 206 that I found very beautiful on the site. The delivery was made on time without any problem. However, I was very disappointed when I opened the package at first by the color and the appearance of the leather. I was expecting suede-colored boots like in the photo and they are chocolate-colored. The leather is marked with not very nice marks. After this first disappointment, I decided, following my wife's advice, to keep them. I wore them for an hour in the city the next day and that was enough to erase the Mayura inscriptions under the soles and wear them down to the point of wondering if the seams would last over time. I will securely take them to a cobbler to have them resoled before it's too late. Quite disappointing overall for shoes at this price.

Nothing to say about the quality of the product, however the delivery times are ridiculous!!!

Shipping costs are not free even beyond a certain amount, for example from 50.00 € or 100.00 €. Moreover, refunds are slow, you have to wait a week to be refunded.

The stitching on the bottom of the bag is not very well done and there are also two scratches on that same side. My strap is missing a piece of leather and the buckles are already a bit oxidized. I am disappointed for the price, I expected a higher quality. I gave one star for the softness of the leather.

Pretty bag that corresponds well to the presentation made in the photo and therefore to what I expected. The disappointment comes from its smell that persists even after it has been placed outside and under shelter for a whole week: has the leather been poorly tanned? Nevertheless, this defect is particularly annoying when no solution is in sight!

Sizes of the items are illogical, a jacket of the same brand in the same size and cut must be taken in 2 sizes smaller (one in XXL the other in L) with an additional 16€50 return fee at my expense. I have not seen this on any other site!!! I buy 500 euros worth of jackets and I have to pay the return fees when it's for an exchange and not even for a refund!! Absolutely not customer-friendly at all.

Despite the fact that I provided my measurements, I was not contacted to inform me that the teddy jacket was too small, I ultimately kept it and gave it to my son. However, super jacket.

The jacket ordered was disappointing, too small at the shoulders and arms, very tight despite being one size up from my usual size and the dimensions I provided. The announcement should have mentioned that the item runs very small. As a result, I was somewhat dissatisfied with the return at my expense, especially since it was the last available size. However, the refund was very quick and without difficulty.

The cut of my leather is perfect only I received the cognac brown color while I ordered the nut brown color.

Very disappointed with the size.. we received a size 40 which is too big, and returned a size 39 which is too small. Big problem when you see that size 40 is equivalent to 42 and size 39 to 36. So here we are, no shoes, but return fees of 17.. and therefore no solution. I think the manufacturer needs to review the sizes of the cowboy boots....

Had to return a leather jacket as the size did not match the indicated measurements. Second leather jacket, quality of leather quite coarse.

For the choice of sizes, your site is not perfect at all. I ordered 3XL for a sleeveless leather jacket and I think that 1 or 2 XL would have been more than enough. Yet you ask for measurements for a control of the choice in the order. Needs improvement. However, top quality.
