Unfortunately, we did not have any indications on your measurements, so no control to avoid you return fees. We only had an exchange with size L, but once received you asked us after looking at the size guide for a size 3XL which was no longer available in stock. Very often with the help of measurements, an email, or a call, we do our best to avoid return fees for our customers by guiding them as best as possible on size choice. You ended up canceling the order, so we refunded you for the jacket + the shipping costs of 12 euros from the start, we always proceed this way to avoid our customers excessive shipping fees. This model was not on display, we are a store with boots available for our customers to try on. So customers can wear them and take a few steps in the store until the mirror, which may explain that there are some marks on the sole. All leather, inside and outside, only the heel is protected by a rubber heel, we had no particular remarks on this subject but can pass the info to the supplier ;).
