I ordered a leather that was not at all up to my expectations, I was surprised by the quality of the lamb leather which really felt plastic, as for the synthetic fur I didn't like it either but I didn't know, sheep wool would have been good. However, the customer service seems very efficient and simple, I returned the package on 12/11 and I am waiting for the refund, it was simple.

Ordered Sancho ankle boots and I am not disappointed, they really seem to be of quality, a bit difficult to get into at first (I have a slightly high instep) but once inside they fit my foot. Heel of 3.5cm, I am 1.97m tall so that's good I'm at 2m lol. Perfect service, received my order 3 days after placing it, super, I recommend.
