We made two online orders. The first order arrived as expected and the jacket is of quality that meets our expectations. The second order was lost by the post and Guignard sent us the same order without any problem. We are very satisfied.

Small issue upon receipt, but quickly handled by customer service, while everything went perfectly for the order. We know well the quality of this seller, especially if we have the chance to go to the shop in La Rochelle where the seller on the upper floor is particularly professional and cheerful with a very wide choice.

I ordered a leather that was not at all up to my expectations, I was surprised by the quality of the lamb leather which really felt plastic, as for the synthetic fur I didn't like it either but I didn't know, sheep wool would have been good. However, the customer service seems very efficient and simple, I returned the package on 12/11 and I am waiting for the refund, it was simple.

Ordered Sancho ankle boots and I am not disappointed, they really seem to be of quality, a bit difficult to get into at first (I have a slightly high instep) but once inside they fit my foot. Heel of 3.5cm, I am 1.97m tall so that's good I'm at 2m lol. Perfect service, received my order 3 days after placing it, super, I recommend.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, You placed an order on our site on 31/10, your package was taken over by the post office on 2/11 in the early afternoon, so we think we were quite responsive knowing that 1/11 was a holiday! We keep our customers informed via their email about the order tracking, so if the address provided is correct you know exactly the day of preparation, departure of the package and its tracking number to know exactly its movement. Following your message, we have just checked with the post office, you have received 4 information emails, all opened, it turns out there was an issue with your delivery address, it was pending clarification, requested by email on 06/11, it is indicated that the delivery was not made on 07/11 and that it is scheduled for today, as we indicated on the site, please be lenient about the delivery given the current delicate situation for many of us. We hope you will be able to judge our store and your product which we hope will satisfy you as best as possible. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD
