Hello, I ordered a leather backpack "zeffy" from "cuirs-Guignard! I received the model from the photo on the site but a "VERA PELLE" "MORA" - Genuine Italian luxury leather bag made in Italy. I thought I was buying French and I received Italian, while nothing on the site specifies it. On the contrary, everything suggests that this bag is made by Guignard. I am a bit disappointed on this point even if the bag is superb! It would be good to specify it on your site. Best regards.

The package sent by Colissimo was noted as 1.850 kg on it. I went to the post office and they weighed it at 2.400 kg. I paid 17 Euros then 21 with insurance. At 1.850 it was 9.75€. I would like there to be return sheets and that the shipping cost be deducted from the refunded amount to facilitate the return and avoid this kind of problem. The fact that the weight is not the same did not give me confidence in the supplier.

As stated in the general sales conditions, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your order has been canceled and refunded to your bank account. Regarding the weight, it is automatic on our shipping labels with an average weight of 1.85, the adjustment is made within the post office on our invoices, so we do not understand your lack of trust at all, you opened your package, checked the quality of the jacket, etc.... Moreover, we just checked on our post office software and for a package sent by colissimo with signature for 2.4 kg, the rate is 11.51€ and not 21 euros. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD.

Of course, it is an online purchase and you cannot try it on. The order processing and shipping were efficient and quick. However, the product is too large and in my opinion does not correspond to the measurements given in the size chart. Way too big and return too complicated.
