The bag is pretty, I was surprised that it wasn't lined but in the end it's not a big deal at all. Colissimo delivery... that's another story, the pickup point was supposedly closed, it's a big brand so I have serious doubts, delivery the next day to a post office with quite limited hours when you work, too bad.

We have not received any request from you regarding the non-receipt of the package ???? Mixed feelings about the beige women's sheep net. Ordered in size 38 (my usual size) I found it too big. I did not return it, my mistake, I don't think it's too late since I removed the tag. I still find it pretty but I won't wear it because it's really too loose even with a thick sweater underneath. Conclusion for customers: do not hesitate to return what does not suit you, especially since the after-sales service is very responsive and attentive.

I was looking forward to receiving my pair of cowboy boots, but the experience turned into deep disappointment as soon as I opened the box. I noticed a blatant manufacturing defect on the leather (deep mark). For a supplier of your renown, which positions itself in a high-end segment, this is simply unacceptable. When investing a significant amount in shoes of this type, one is entitled to expect: A rigorous quality control before shipment, which clearly was lacking here. A first choice leather, free from any structural imperfection. A finish that matches the displayed selling price. Receiving a defective product from a renowned brand is one thing, but that it passes through the cracks of your quality service is very worrying for your brand's image. A loyal customer should not have to suffer the consequences of a lack of internal rigor.

Please note that the model '218' is made of aged cowhide leather and has a waxy matte appearance which gives it a marbled, aged look that highlights the imperfections of the skin. This is your first order with us and we are sorry that the model does not suit you. We reiterate that if there was indeed an issue from the start, one does not wait 14 days to report a problem.....
