I ordered a leather jacket size M, it turns out that this jacket was really small (Size S or less and no larger size available) I returned it at my expense (15€) so I did not wish to exchange it for another model because if the size was still wrong, I would have to pay for the return again which increases the price of the jacket each time.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, We are really sorry that the product did not suit you. Indeed, this product is quite fitted to the body and short, really great for spring/summer. Size M corresponds to size 38, as stated on our site. Regarding returns, we clearly indicate in our conditions that returns are at the customer's expense. We try our best to guide our customers on size choice when they contact us with their measurements, we check the product and thus avoid back and forth. Your order has been successfully canceled and refunded to your bank account (jacket + shipping costs of 12€). Best regards ETS GUIGNARD

Hello, We take your opinion into account, we are really sorry if you find a smell in the product. We have not had any particular remarks about our rabbit fur ponchos which sell quite quickly. Best regards ETS GUIGNARD

It was a gift for my husband's Christmas, he loves it and was very surprised by the quality. Very nice coat, keeps very warm, very reasonable price, plan one size up unless the leather stretches a bit because with a thick sweater it can be a bit tight.

Following my purchase of a pair of leather boots, I am really satisfied both with the quality and the speed of delivery, and also with the quality of the product. Aside from a very slight scuff on the heel of one of the boots (they will see others), I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this brand.

Hello, the jacket is exactly as it appeared in the photos on the website and thanks to the size guide, I was able to choose mine well. It is very nice and comfortable even with a sweatshirt underneath. The service has been great and the shipping was fast. It arrived in less than a week and I was informed of the process in different emails.

I received my pretty brown leather jacket, there was only a 38 left (and I need a 40 to be comfortable) but I had noticed that the buttons could easily be shifted... Which I did when I received it and it's perfect! ??

Hello, we do not have details about your order, could you tell us the reference of it, to see if these are boots that have a 15-day delay or if a custom sheep indicated under 3 weeks or if the package has been sent but there is a delay with the post. Thanks to your information, we will be able to see why the order has not been sent or delivered, because for now you have left a review without going through a link indicating that you placed an order with us. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD
