Very serious site and company reachable quickly by phone without having a call center and pressing multiple keys for long minutes before getting someone - which is rare these days! On the line; competent, friendly people and good advice I had ordered a pair of cowboy boots for my husband. Upon receipt ('quick) I was not satisfied, so I returned them following the procedure (well indicated on the site and reminded by a notice in the package) I was refunded extremely quickly without having to do anything else I highly recommend the site "cuirs Guignard" and will not hesitate to make other purchases on this site and recommend it to those around me

The leather ordered does not match the photo published on the Cuirs Guinard site. The color did not match at all. The texture of the leather was of very poor quality, not uniform, with many imperfections like wrinkling, as well as the way at the seams. The thickness of the leather resembled more of cigarette paper than lamb as specified on the page. In short, compared to the price requested, 239€ for a women's jacket, one could say that there is deception regarding the merchandise.

The leather is perfect, the color beyond my expectations, however the XL size is small. It's not that I'm big (I think) but a bit of a swimmer's shoulders and I thought XL would allow for a wide range of motion in the arms and back but it's quite tight. But I'm happy anyway, I think it will work out.

Despite our precise measurements info, hip 90cm added to the order of a T.40, we received, without prior contact, pants with a 78cm hip circumference without size, material, or manufacturer labels sewn on the reverse...! Just a handwritten T.40 label tied to a belt loop. A double manifest error that the seller refused to admit, questioning the probity supported by the client's evidence, while boasting their professionalism! The 501 style is only partly "the 501 style" because it's lower-waisted and not Regular at all. No one is immune to an error, you just need to know how to recognize it commercially. Purchase fully refunded, fortunately.
