Hello, You ordered on our site on 08/10 for a pair of boots ref 205 in size 39. As noted on the product sheet, the delivery time is 15 days / 3 weeks. They come directly from our supplier in Spain. Your package is scheduled to depart this afternoon or Thursday morning at the latest, which is 8 / 10 days after your order, so we have largely respected our deadlines. As for payment, you opted for an immediate debit payment, so the charge is made on the same day as the purchase, we have no control over it. Hoping to have best addressed your dissatisfaction. Hello, You indeed placed an order on our website on 01/10 for two items for a total amount of 440 €, which you paid by credit card and thus was processed on the same day. In this order, there is a jacket and a pair of cowboy boots, it is clearly indicated on our site the delivery time for each product and on this one it is indicated shipped within 15 days to 3 weeks. We have decided to proceed with only one shipment as the boots are ready quickly. Your package is scheduled for shipment on Thursday, October 10, which is 10 days after the order was placed, so we are well below the indicated timeframe. We are truly sorry but we usually have no issues with the timeframe as it is indicated. We are always reachable by phone, email if you need information or anything else. I received a leather jacket for which two sewing defects were visible. I requested a commercial gesture. I was told that Cuirs Guignard could send me a return slip and make the repairs for free!!! It would be missing that I have to pay for the repairs... And ultimately no jacket for how long? I did not accept this transaction. It seems to me that I bought a new item, not repaired.

Hello, The shade is different from that of the photo. The python stands out because the rest is much darker and I really liked this homogeneous side in the photo. Moreover, the python part is thinner, which weakens the boot. I could have given only 3 stars for the lack of the classic bulb of the reinforced Mexican boots with metal, but I saw that the Mayura brand does not do it (too bad because it's a big plus. Otherwise, I am still quite satisfied.
