Hello, You placed an order on 12/04/2019 on our site, the boots were shipped the same day. We have not received any feedback from you regarding the order received for almost a month. Often customers inform us if there is an issue with size, colors, shoe size, or others by email or phone rather than on Trustpilot. We were very surprised to learn this way, we did our research. And indeed, upon checking the boxes in the store, we just found in one box one foot of 2944 and one foot of 3396, two very similar models that were mistakenly put back in the same box by negligence by a customer or one of our sellers. Our apologies for this inconvenience, we have just sent you a prepaid return label for the return of the package and a commercial discount to apologize. However, we still offer various payment methods for our customers, bank transfer for those who do not want to enter their bank details on websites, immediate debit card payment or even in 3 installments without fees, and finally PayPal payment. Thanks to your comment, we just checked the visuals and the photo of the back was not the right one, it was another jacket, a small error on our part, we sincerely apologize. We have just made the modification, only all the other photos were indeed corresponding, so we notice that there are no zippers at the bottom of the sleeves and this was not indicated in the text.
