I received the Spencer very quickly, which fits very well, EXCEPT FOR THE COLOR, - the shade of the garment is much darker than on your site, I was a bit disappointed (Leather Spencer elephant "IKEIA" Ref. IKEIA lev 16), Best regards,

Very good service. Fast delivery even after a size change, the exchange was able to be done within a week. Remarkable service. Just a small point for improvement, during the second shipment I would have liked a hanger with the jacket as well. That's why I didn't give 5 stars.

Product does not quite meet my expectations. The black leather color ordered is brown. Actual dimensions are smaller than those advertised in the catalog. But I will keep this product nonetheless.

We still hope that your leather bag satisfies you as best as possible, we wish you a happy new year!!! See you very soon, the Cuirs Guignard team

Very good. Fast delivery service and impeccable product quality. I ordered a size too large and the exchange went very well. 4 stars instead of 5! Because the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. But overall it is very positive.

Fast and serious Only downside I received a leather pants with a zipper because no more buttons in stock! Except that the site did not indicate the out of stock. After explaining to them on the phone, they finally found the right pants I wanted with a good discount while keeping the first one. In the end, I have 2 for the price of one and a half! Very good responsiveness and a good sense of customer relations I recommend

Fast shipping but received a defective new product (inner seams torn). Hence the 4 stars instead of 5... On the other hand, excellent customer service: attentive, quick, efficient, and pleasant!! Product returned at their expense because it was defective and a new item sent in excellent condition and in accordance with my order. I highly recommend this site.
