Super quality and very fast shipping time. I recommend. However, disappointed not to have been advised on the size. I had provided my measurements and I was between two sizes. I would have liked the customer service to contact me to advise me better. Upon receipt, the size did not match. I had to return at my expense (17€) on an order of 350€. Too bad. I find it unacceptable to pay such an amount and that the return is not covered by the company.

Jacket ordered at the last minute for Christmas. Thought I had paid with Paypal. 3 days after ordering, request for bank details for payment? I called, unfriendly, asked for help to debug the application, in the end told me that I wouldn't receive the package for 10 days, they hung up on me. I ordered for 190 € at milepau. Arrived in 2 days on 24/12 noon.

We could not guess that you had not chosen the correct payment method and even less send the package without having been paid!!! To validate the order and charge me 12€ for shipping fees despite the price paid, no worries. On the other hand, to confirm a delivery before Christmas as planned when ordering, that becomes just as mediocre. Exchange with customer service cold and uncommercial, because if I cancel while the delivery deadline is not respected, it is up to me to pay for the return. A shame, no commercial fiber!!!

Fast delivery and handling. The only minus is that I couldn't choose delivery to a pick up point, only delivery to my door, which is a villa. Luckily I was home to receive the parcel otherwise it would have been standing outside for hours, exposed to people walking by.

???? Very bad experience we ordered a bomber at 1500€ which arrived torn with defects when we requested the exchange it was not accepted because for them it was normal that it was due to the appearance of the leather. The quality of the jacket had nothing to do with the photos.

I had taken the precaution of calling for the color. We wanted an orange pouch. The person indicated to me that the mention cognac was due to the nomenclature but that the color was indeed orange as in the photo. Disappointment, the received pouch is not orange but cognac!!!!!!

Delivery within the expected time. Nice little lady's bag to wear as a shoulder bag. The shoulder strap is a bit stiff, but it will soften over time. However, the magnet placed to close the outer pocket is not placed in the right spot. As soon as the bag is loaded, the magnet is no longer in front and cannot close the outer pocket. Satisfied nonetheless.
