I followed the instructions and measurements to order a leather jacket and in the end, the XXL is too big. Of course, my measurements were just beyond the XL.

Hello. First order placed on 09.02 for a women's 3/4 leather coat, received on the 11th. This is unprecedented. Magnificent article, perfect size, for a price defying all competition. I highly recommend these stores and site.

I am satisfied with the handling of my order, with the fast shipping. Only disappointed with the product which I find does not really correspond to the proposed photos in terms of color. I returned it at my expense for a refund and everything went well at that level.

The bag is absolutely beautiful, great quality, colour, etc. However, shipping was not handled best - the courier left no note for me, that the parcel had arrived. I had to find my order myself, which required a number of emails and phone calls to clear things out. I strongly recommend changing the shipping company in Poland, because you use probably the worst one (not my first bad experience with them).

Magnificent product corresponds to my desire. However, the return period of 14 days is a bit short because I ordered for Valentine's Day so I won't be on time by February 14 if the gift does not meet my friend's needs but I am reassured seeing the product. But if one day I have a doubt about an item, knowing that the return period is short, I might hesitate... in any case, beautiful, sober, classy item, perfect!

Hello everyone. I ordered a pair of Mayura boots model sandal 206 that I found very beautiful on the site. The delivery was made on time without any problem. However, I was very disappointed when I opened the package at first by the color and the appearance of the leather. I was expecting suede-colored boots like in the photo and they are chocolate-colored. The leather is marked with not very nice marks. After this first disappointment, I decided, following my wife's advice, to keep them. I wore them for an hour in the city the next day and that was enough to erase the Mayura inscriptions under the soles and wear them down to the point of wondering if the seams would last over time. I will securely take them to a cobbler to have them resoled before it's too late. Quite disappointing overall for shoes at this price.

The stitching on the bottom of the bag is not very well done and there are also two scratches on that same side. My strap is missing a piece of leather and the buckles are already a bit oxidized. I am disappointed for the price, I expected a higher quality. I gave one star for the softness of the leather.

The processing of my order was done quickly and I received it before Christmas. However, the size I ordered was not the right one and I had to pay the shipping costs to make the return.

Received in the wrong size and I don't want to pay the return shipping for an exchange without knowing if the next size will be the right one...

Order still not received! Colissimo announced for December 29, so after Christmas...

Sizes of the items are illogical, a jacket of the same brand in the same size and cut must be taken in 2 sizes smaller (one in XXL the other in L) with an additional 16€50 return fee at my expense. I have not seen this on any other site!!! I buy 500 euros worth of jackets and I have to pay the return fees when it's for an exchange and not even for a refund!! Absolutely not customer-friendly at all.
