I placed an online order for a bomber jacket. I was able to exchange the item by colissimo for a size change without any problem (return costs at the customer's expense). It is clearly noted on the product sheet that this product is shipped within 10 working days. We respect the indicated timeframe and have no delays. The timeframe is also noted again in the cart before order validation. We highlight it as much as possible to avoid this kind of problem, especially as the holidays approach. Your delivery is scheduled for next week as announced by phone. However, you are talking about a specific item, while we offer different qualities, we are sorry that the product does not suit you and that you generalize. You purchased a product ref 10355 on sale at the price of 116 €. It is clearly stated in the description that it is very slightly lined and glued on the leather a bit like on stretch pants. Moreover, you note assembled pieces of leather, there we do not quite understand, all leather models necessarily have several pieces of leather, imagine the size of a lambskin! For the leather cutting, it is just at the bottom, it is a clean cut, it is done on purpose you guess it is not an oversight of the cutter, it is to bring a touch of originality! Excellent quality bomber jacket! A dream long finally realized. Shipping and receipt time completed in 4 days.
