Received my jacket in a plastic bag thrown in a box, the fur on the hood is not fox but raccoon, I paid very dearly for what it is, very disappointed, but I keep it anyway because it makes a nice silhouette... I had been waiting weeks to treat myself, I will not order from them again...

Response from Cuirs Guignard Published on 19/12/2019

Hello Mrs. Cambier, We are truly surprised by your message, we are not used to throwing jackets as you note, quite the opposite, and you will notice that you are the first to make this remark. We ship the clothing in our 100% recyclable CUIRS GUIGNARD plastic bags, the garment is folded flat inside to avoid bad creases during transport. The package is indeed in cardboard, of very good quality to arrive in good condition at delivery, it is plain without advertising to avoid theft. As you note, this product is of very nice quality and worth its price, it makes a nice silhouette and the quality is top, we have no returns on this product. If however, you are really disappointed with us, we prefer that you do not keep the garment. We wish you a nice day and happy end-of-year holidays. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

Bag faithful to its description and photo. Very good quality and a superb finish. I love it. Fast delivery. Just to regret the handles are a bit short to carry on the shoulder but it is so beautiful that I will manage. The best!

White marks everywhere and a fur with defects, it can be fixed but still not great. This jacket is very beautiful otherwise.

A bit skeptical at first about the manufacturing and origin of the leather, I was quickly reassured once I opened my package. The jacket exudes good quality, smells good leather, the color is superb and the size is perfectly adjusted. Excellent initiative from Cuirs Guignard to include a hanger in the package, I appreciated it. I recommend Cuirs Guignard, I tip my hat to them for the speed of shipping, keep it up. Thank you.

I placed an online order for a bomber jacket. I was able to exchange the item by colissimo for a size change without any problem (return costs at the customer's expense). I received the item in two days in the correct size and I am very satisfied: very good manufacturing quality for a price that remains reasonable (considering the prices charged for the same type of item in stores in the Paris region). I recommend Cuirs GUIGNARD and will not hesitate to call on this manufacturer again.
