Response from Cuirs Guignard Published on 12/12/2019

Hello, you ordered a handbag on the site on 05/12, which is 7 days from today (not working days as there was the weekend!). It is clearly noted on the product sheet that this product is shipped within 10 working days. We respect the indicated timeframe and have no delays. The timeframe is also noted again in the cart before order validation. We highlight it as much as possible to avoid this kind of problem, especially as the holidays approach. Your delivery is scheduled for next week as announced by phone. Furthermore, regarding payment, we explained to you that like all stores or online sites, payments made by credit card are naturally debited the same day or the next day and, like everywhere, we do not have control over bank sites. Hoping to have reassured you as best as possible, have a good day! ETS GUIGNARD.

Leather jacket ordered, delivery rather quick, but very disappointing product. Pieces of leather assembled, no lining no hems, rough cut. I do not recommend this company. Claudie Berlan Perpignan

Response from Cuirs Guignard Published on 09/12/2019

Hello, We acknowledge your comment regarding your purchase. However, you are talking about a specific item, while we offer different qualities, we are sorry that the product does not suit you and that you generalize. You purchased a product ref 10355 on sale at the price of 116 €. It is clearly stated in the description that it is very slightly lined and glued on the leather a bit like on stretch pants. Moreover, you note assembled pieces of leather, there we do not quite understand, all leather models necessarily have several pieces of leather, imagine the size of a lambskin! For the leather cutting, it is just at the bottom, it is a clean cut, it is done on purpose you guess it is not an oversight of the cutter, it is to bring a touch of originality! If the product is really disappointing, we do not force customers to keep the garment, return it and we will refund you. Best regards ETS GUIGNARD

Excellent quality bomber jacket! A dream long finally realized. Shipping and receipt time completed in 4 days. Very well protected and accompanied by its certificate and a little extra always pleasant: a hanger. The quality of the outer sheepskin is splendid with an exceptional touch. For its internal fur, sheepskin of equally perfect quality. I wore it these last days in the rain, it is protected. Just let it dry on its hanger in a room at room temperature, no unpleasant surprises. Perfect!

A lot of promptness in the execution of the order, unfortunately spoiled by the strike... my Colissimo deposited on 02/12 will only reach me on the 07, instead of the 04 as announced. Too bad ... company and client held hostage ... I live abroad and this 'French specialty' is as famous as its cuisine, but a very sensitive brake for the investors I work with!
