Often customers inform us if there is an issue with size, colors, shoe size, or others by email or phone rather than on Trustpilot. We were very surprised to learn this way, we did our research. And indeed, upon checking the boxes in the store, we just found in one box one foot of 2944 and one foot of 3396, two very similar models that were mistakenly put back in the same box by negligence by a customer or one of our sellers. Our apologies for this inconvenience, we have just sent you a prepaid return label for the return of the package and a commercial discount to apologize.
