Response from Cuirs Guignard Published on 24/01/2019

Hello, you indeed placed an order for a pair of boots on 01/01, as we specified on our site during the holidays, the Mayura company was closed until January 7. We indicate a delay of 15 days / 3 weeks for the shipment of the package, your order was therefore taken into account only from the 7th, we are still within the timeframe. We apologize if this delay seems too long to you or if you did not notice it before placing your order. However, if you prefer to cancel the order, we will completely understand. Best regards. ETS GUIGNARD.

Down jacket ordered on Wednesday morning and received on Friday morning. Paid 50% less than the competition: same reference, same brand. Plus, they even checked my size to make sure I wasn't mistaken. Go ahead without hesitation
