During our purchases (1 men's leather in August 2017 + 2 men's and women's leathers during the private sales of this January 2018), we contacted customer service by phone who each time, even late at night, always provided us with precise professional information and a lot of courtesy; The quality of the delivered leathers is impeccable and very pleasant to wear. Moreover, the quality/price ratio is very appreciable. We are doing good advertising for you and guiding potential customers.

I would have liked... living in Switzerland and not having a credit card and checks as is customary in France, that the package be sent to me with an invoice inside... This is how it is done in Switzerland... Too bad... a missed customer... The amount would have been paid within 10 days... and no fees for anyone. David Montanari

Thank you to your team, my package is in line with my expectations with a nice bag and a hanger as a bonus. And I received my order on time, so I will order again. Small downside, I entered my discount code which was validated to benefit from free shipping but I couldn't get it... too bad.

Product does not quite meet my expectations. The black leather color ordered is brown. Actual dimensions are smaller than those advertised in the catalog. But I will keep this product nonetheless.
