Not great regarding the order tracking at first, but more due to the carrier I believe. Very good product, well packaged (small buttons of the removable collar may be a bit light over time, I hope not). Hello, Our cowboy boots are made in Europe and shipped on demand from our supplier. That is why we indicate on our product sheets the estimated delivery times of 3 - 4 weeks. Unfortunately, the pair of boots you ordered was out of stock with our supplier (manufacturer of the Sancho brand) at the same time. We immediately informed you that the delay would be extended to 4 - 6 weeks (manufacturing time), offering you to accept this new delay or to exchange the ordered item for an equivalent product from the Mayura brand with a dispatch within 10 / 15 days.
