Before ordering, I called this company to get some information. I spoke to someone very pleasant, welcoming, and very professional who informed me with great precision. I warmly thank him because I followed his advice and had no unpleasant surprises upon arrival. As for the products now, I bought a pair of very good quality boots, I recommend this company and the products they sell, if I have another leather purchase to make, it will be at Guignard. Thank you again because I am very happy with the service and the product. Best regards, Reynald

Before buying my jacket, I called the store. They are very serious, the seller asked for all my measurements, gave me advice on leather care. Result: the jacket fits me like a glove, and I am no longer afraid of damaging the leather. Kudos to the seller.

As soon as the order was placed, I received a response saying that I would soon receive my jacket. Indeed, a few days later I received it. The size did not fit, so I sent the package for a size change. Three days later I received my jacket in the right size. Delighted with your service and the quality of the leather.

Excellent product, the quality is really good to the touch, to the smell! The leather stitching is very well done. A fabric envelope would have been better suited than a plastic bag, what a pity!

Order received within the deadlines faster than expected and in line with my expectations. Small downside on the delivery in Belgium which is done by the company DPD, the delivery person left the package in front of my door while I was not there.

After selecting a model of jacket on the site and having a doubt about the size, I called the displayed number and was able to get all the information for the right choice of this garment. Excellent welcome. I am very satisfied with the jacket purchased, the color matches well with that of the site and the removable lining is perfect.

Everything on board the site is very explicit through the different photos of the product which allowed me to choose a pair of boots, which I was looking for robustness, comfort but especially a nice line that suits me, as I am a biker on a large American motorcycle. All these criteria you checked with brilliance, that’s why I sent you a flattering letter which I do rarely, as soon as I received my order which was quick, clean and efficient. Well done for this choice of quality leather, the product and its finishes.
