Hello, You placed an order for a bag on 31/12 in the afternoon, it is clearly indicated shipped within 10 working days. January 1st is a public holiday!!!! And as you know, following the snowy episode last week, France has been disrupted, no transport, there is now a delay to catch up so the shipment is scheduled for today or tomorrow at the latest. Hello, We are more than surprised by your message. You placed an order on our site on 23/12, the package was shipped on 24/12 and delivered to the desired address against signature on 27/12. We have not received any request from you regarding the non-receipt of the package ???? It was delivered to your home, you received all the notifications from the post office and we see that they have been opened. It is not normal to leave such a review.....

Hello, I placed my order by phone for a B3 jacket from Cockpit USA, the person I spoke to advised me very well especially for the size which is very delicate to choose for this type of jacket.
