After buying a jacket for myself in the store in Nantes (great welcome), I ordered a perfecto online for my friend. for 44 years.... So I wanted to try a pair of boots from the Amarillo brand... And it is indeed the first time I find myself with a pair of boots of the right size, in which it is impossible to fit, the design of the shaft is so narrow that it is impossible to get the foot in! I tried the experience with another person... Result, impossible for him too to get into a boot... I therefore stop the experience immediately... Too bad I am therefore unable to evaluate

Very nice quality. Unfortunately, I had to return the jacket twice because the sleeves were too tight. One thing I find unfortunate is that I had to pay for the shipping costs for the order and twice for the returns, almost 40 euros for a jacket that I could not keep.

Hello, you placed an order on our site on the evening of December 11 for a pair of boots. As stated on the site, you need to allow 15 days / 3 weeks, so it is already very short to have it by December 24. We did our best and dispatched your package today via Colissimo with signature delivery in 48 hours in France, there is a bit more delay for Corsica but we do not know why Colissimo indicates delivery on the 29 which seems quite long to us. Sizes of the items are illogical, a jacket of the same brand in the same size and cut must be taken in 2 sizes smaller (one in XXL the other in L) with an additional 16€50 return fee at my expense. I have not seen this on any other site!!! I buy 500 euros worth of jackets and I have to pay the return fees when it's for an exchange and not even for a refund!! Absolutely not customer-friendly at all.
