Order still not received! Colissimo announced for December 29, so after Christmas...

Sizes of the items are illogical, a jacket of the same brand in the same size and cut must be taken in 2 sizes smaller (one in XXL the other in L) with an additional 16€50 return fee at my expense. I have not seen this on any other site!!! I buy 500 euros worth of jackets and I have to pay the return fees when it's for an exchange and not even for a refund!! Absolutely not customer-friendly at all.

Too small, not practical at all.

Despite the fact that I provided my measurements, I was not contacted to inform me that the teddy jacket was too small, I ultimately kept it and gave it to my son. However, super jacket.

Error in my order, I did not receive the correct color of the bag.

I thought the size would be right... but no. The coat is very beautiful and of excellent quality. I am returning it with a heavy heart as it was the last available size. But it's only a matter of time as the products are superb at Cuirs Guignard!!

The item was not available and yet I was able to order it and pay for it. Very unfortunate. Do not put them on sale if you do not have them. However, no problem to get a refund

Very disappointed with the size.. we received a size 40 which is too big, and returned a size 39 which is too small. Big problem when you see that size 40 is equivalent to 42 and size 39 to 36. So here we are, no shoes, but return fees of 17.. and therefore no solution. I think the manufacturer needs to review the sizes of the cowboy boots....

Disappointment with products.

Fast and well-protected shipping. Beautiful quality jacket. Good experience that I will repeat and recommend to my friends. A downside for the delivery, package delivered at home upon presentation of the QR code, so obligation to be present and the post office does not respect its commitment. Blocked an entire day at home and delivery the next day at noon without being informed.

I wear a size 45, I ordered a 46. Unwearable boots! Tight everywhere. Scam! At this price? It's outrageous.

The delivery deadline was respected, however the product does not match the description on the site where it is noted lamb leather while it is sheep leather, the appearance is not at all the same. So disappointed. The finish of lamb and sheep is not the same, lamb is much smoother. Oakwood notes well on its site sheep leather and not lamb leather.

I ordered a size L red leather vest, my partner tried it on and it seemed a bit tight, no matter I will exchange it for size XL. First snag it is not available in red but in black, well let's move on, it will be fine anyway. The return and exchange went well a little over a week... And then big disappointment, the size XL after trying is smaller than the size L in red.

Good evening, I already sent you an email to cancel my order... I find it abnormal that a modern online sales site announces, I quote: "3 to 4 weeks of delivery, UNLESS in stock" and at the same time charges you 12€ for shipping (corresponding to the cost of a Chronopost and not a colissimo), and moreover immediately cashes the price of the ordered item. Either it is in stock, which should be the most logical and therefore deliverable in 48/72 hours and everyone is happy; or it is not. But in that case honesty would require that we be clearly informed before recording the order and not afterwards. This avoids wasting time!!! Now if you have gullible customers who accept to finance you for 3 or 4 weeks while waiting for you to bring the item from your supplier drop by drop, good for you. But I will not be one of those. Everyone knows that stocks cost a company dearly, but you cannot then profit on all fronts... To each their own. Best regards, CG

Well-made site, fast parcel shipping by Colissimo with 12€ delivery fees. So far no problem except that the parcel never arrived at my home. The post office says it is in the process of redelivery, I received a notice in my mailbox but the parcel is nowhere to be found. I made a complaint to the Post Office but nothing is happening. Given the price of the order, I am quickly waiting for a response. What to do?

Upon opening the package strange no labels on the jacket and when looking closer some marks on the leather of the sleeves has it already been worn? The return being at my expense and the superficial marks we will stay like this but bad experience.

Defective item I suppose the control before sending was not done I have to return it at my expense? Waiting for a response sent by email today. The closure is broken. I would never recommend again

The product photographs on the site do not correspond at all to the product received.

Very disappointed because I wear size 42, even 43 depending on the models. To avoid taking risks, I chose to take the model in 43 even if it meant putting a sole inside just in case. Big surprise: impossible to put on the boots, my heel wouldn't fit... I don't understand because I have a rather thin foot and ankle so I think the design of the model is not appropriate...hence my return. For a first purchase at this price, I am very disappointed...

I ordered my boots on January 7, 2021, and it is now January 30, and I still have not received my boots

I ordered a leather jacket size M, it turns out that this jacket was really small (Size S or less and no larger size available) I returned it at my expense (15€) so I did not wish to exchange it for another model because if the size was still wrong, I would have to pay for the return again which increases the price of the jacket each time.

I am outraged that the return is CHARGEABLE when the product does not fit!!!!!

Not the same item as on the site in the photo very disappointed now I am waiting to give it as a Christmas gift to see with the person if it suits them as well But I think I will not order from Cuirs Guichard again

Hello, order placed on December 6 for a coat and still waiting for delivery

The jacket received is beautiful but fits too small. The return to change the size is at my expense (10 euros by colissimo)!!!! This is a first and a last for me...

I knew the product since I have it in another color. However, it has a disgusting smell. I have aired it since receipt but it is still the same. I don't even know if I will be able to wear the item one day.

I still haven't received anything I can only be dissatisfied for an order placed on 27/11

The leather ordered does not match the photo published on the Cuirs Guinard site. The color did not match at all. The texture of the leather was of very poor quality, not uniform, with many imperfections like wrinkling, as well as the way at the seams. The thickness of the leather resembled more of cigarette paper than lamb as specified on the page. In short, compared to the price requested, 239€ for a women's jacket, one could say that there is deception regarding the merchandise.

Despite our precise measurements info, hip 90cm added to the order of a T.40, we received, without prior contact, pants with a 78cm hip circumference without size, material, or manufacturer labels sewn on the reverse...! Just a handwritten T.40 label tied to a belt loop. A double manifest error that the seller refused to admit, questioning the probity supported by the client's evidence, while boasting their professionalism! The 501 style is only partly "the 501 style" because it's lower-waisted and not Regular at all. No one is immune to an error, you just need to know how to recognize it commercially. Purchase fully refunded, fortunately.
