so I come back after wearing my cobalt Redskins jacket "RIVAS ROCHO" for three months, well three months...... it looks more like ten years given the ultra premature wear of the jacket. at the level of the sleeves, among other things, not only has the color already faded, but the leather's crust has also come off, I think holes will soon appear. to be sure I took out two old jackets worn each for a good ten years and there is no comparison. and if that were not enough, the more I look at this jacket, the more I find snags and a bunch of little holes in the crust, collected haphazardly. I skip over the lining which is sagging and the inner pocket which does not stay in place. at times I wonder if I was not sold a second-hand jacket. so to make it short, I do not recommend Redskins jackets which are borderline low-end.

Still no news about the order.

Bought leather 2xl does not fit too small even though I provided all the requested measurements, it was marked on the ad that they would check so I returned it a week ago following the procedure and still nothing. The sizes do not correspond to any other brand, you need to plan 3 to 4 sizes up, I am disappointed

When wet, the leather bleeds black! Worse, the inside fabric bleeds too, I am disgusted! Long live Chinese suppliers (following the email below, I will detail what happened to me... after exchanging for a size up, I will leave a comment, a review where I am very satisfied... but here it is, a very strong smell similar to leather is coming from the product, and I put it for a while in the bathroom, unable to stand it anymore... then last night I had the idea to take the shower head and quickly pass it under cold water as if I had been caught in the rain to lessen the smell... and there, to my surprise, I saw the water dripping with a deep black as if I was removing shoe polish and unfortunately also saw red to my astonishment, coming from having accidentally wet the inside.... both the outside and the inside bled with just a simple jet of water.... I dare not imagine what would have happened to me in a real rain ruining jeans, shoes, and what to think of the inner fabric that could have ruined a shirt or t-shirt or worse, soaked into my skin without knowing if the product would have been harmful or not for my health! ... I reported this to the site which tells me they cannot refund me and are surprised that I could throw it in the trash..... would you have kept such a product??? I am extremely disappointed! I thought I had found a very good site and even thought of recommending a three-quarter jacket for my next Christmas, but instead, I have to realize that I was simply deceived and that the supplier must be located far from France! Obviously, they will not refund without the product returned, and that angers me even more... because beyond this purchase, I had also bought two pairs of shoes elsewhere to match.... make your purchase on this site if you want... but I swear I will never do it again....)

Size very small, disappointing color

Product does not quite meet my expectations. The black leather color ordered is brown. Actual dimensions are smaller than those advertised in the catalog. But I will keep this product nonetheless.

Unacceptable to receive a jacket with glue stains for 300€!!!

I still have not received my order

The appearance of the jacket is okay. However, I expected a real tailored perfecto in thick leather. The thin layer of leather sewn onto a quilted lining, for me, is not a Perfecto. I ride a motorcycle, so it won't last long. However, I stand by my purchase that I made online....

Not very happy with the services, we know absolutely nothing, in stock or not, I will not buy any more products from them, despite the good quality of the products.

I am still waiting for the package, however the payment has been made. Nothing more to say.

Size much too large M (corresponds to an L -XL) leather much too thin (whereas this was sent for a semi-rigid leather) return at our expense by tracked mail with value so 15 euros disappointed

I ordered a beautiful quality leather and many people comment on it. BUT I did not have the opportunity to enjoy a 50 € discount on the item a few days after my order!!! Too bad for a new customer who was about to order a pair of boots .....

Hello, I would like to know when I will receive my order already paid for since December 5th because it's a Christmas gift! No possibility, neither by phone nor by email. Having ordered a beige leather spencer, we felt upon receipt that we had retrieved a used model, prematurely aged and polished. So for a first order... big disappointment

First order wrong size delivery

Leather jacket stained black in several places and that has already been attempted to erase, result discolored leather but still stained.

Paid return. Customer service unreachable.. No conflict, but it's unbearable to spend time on the phone to get a response.

No or very little information on the tracking of the purchased item even after 10 days of purchase "delivery between 15 days and a month" that's it, point bar as far as the payment facility is very good, it's one of the reasons that allowed me to take the plunge with the correct range choice, maybe an additional remark regarding the possibility of half sizes on the most sold sizes but that remains to be seen at the boot release.....

A bit long for delivery

Hello I just bought the 3/4 caban SCOTT, apparently the shoulders fit very well but for the body envelope there are 30 cm too much, I really feel like it is made for obese people. Who can buy this garment? Thank you for the trust you give to your customers. For an order over 1000 euros, this is not encouraging. No news about my order, the funds have been gone for over a week, no confirmation, no email, a lack of professionalism. Very disappointed.

On the site my order was in stock so when placing the order I received an email saying to expect about 3 weeks to 1 month delay.

Unfortunately the promised delay was not respected, so disappointed...

Contemptuous, does not respect orders by validating other sizes and when we request correction, they cancel the order without valid reason. Avoid.

The jacket received (brown) is not the same color as the one chosen on the website ...The promotional model chosen (jacques, cognac color) has actually disappeared..., no longer bearing the same name....(jegger) No doubt that if the jacket received did not please me, I would have returned it, but sincerely that is not the case, it suits me ...and that's a good thing. It's just a matter of color, it is beautiful and obviously of very good quality. In summary, given the promotion, it remains a very good deal....so be careful with this "detail" which can be annoying, as return shipping costs are not covered...
