The bag is pretty, I was surprised that it wasn't lined but in the end it's not a big deal at all. Colissimo delivery... that's another story, the pickup point was supposedly closed, it's a big brand so I have serious doubts, delivery the next day to a post office with quite limited hours when you work, too bad.

Mixed feelings about the beige women's sheep net. Ordered in size 38 (my usual size) I found it too big. I did not return it, my mistake, I don't think it's too late since I removed the tag. I still find it pretty but I won't wear it because it's really too loose even with a thick sweater underneath. Conclusion for customers: do not hesitate to return what does not suit you, especially since the after-sales service is very responsive and attentive.

Hello, I received my order and one item is missing. I contacted customer service and was told that the item was not available and that it would be sent to me later...... We decided to split it into two shipments so you wouldn't have to wait for the last item which has a longer delivery time. We never said that the item was not available but rather that it was taken into account and indicated for delivery within 15 days / 3 weeks. The last product is scheduled for shipment this week. Hello, Sorry for the bad rating, but when you respect a 'size guide', take a safety margin by choosing the size just above, and in the end the jacket is way too small, having to return it at our expense (25 euros after all), it's hard to swallow.

Just like here with the bomber, the wool takes up volume, it's not like a polyester or satin lining, it takes up more space. Quality product, very nice and as advertised. Regarding the transport, I was not very satisfied, I imagine due to the transport company. The delivery address was not complete, therefore the delivery could not be made at home and I had to pick up the package at a pickup point.
