Very serious company that gave me complete satisfaction. The size was not right but it was a unique model and therefore impossible to provide me with the larger size; I was offered an exchange for another model or a refund, which I chose. I was refunded within 48 hours including shipping costs. It is pleasant to see that there are still companies that are so efficient and trustworthy.
