Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, we take your message into account and would like to clarify that following your call the visuals were indeed changed immediately. You purchased a pair of cowboy boots ref 2073 from the SENDRA brand, you called us to point out that the heel is not beveled as in the photo. We indeed noticed this and requested to modify the visuals, which has been done. We sent you a prepaid Colissimo label for the return shipping costs and we are waiting for the return of the boots for a full refund of the order. We believe we did our best and are therefore still surprised by the rating given. Hoping to see you again on our site for a next order and a better experience. Have a nice day, ETS GUIGNARD

The fit of the boots is narrow, a zipper would be needed for more comfort, too bad!

Item conforms but delivered with a simple white plastic packaging that looks very cheap. Exorbitant delivery price (12€), free shipping could still be considered for an order over 150 euros!!!

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, We have taken your feedback into account. We do not understand because we do not have white packaging. The items are placed in our black and gray bags with our brand name and with a hanger for all orders or returns. We are sorry not to understand your feedback and we invite you to contact us by email or phone to inform us of this dissatisfaction. Best regards.

Very satisfied with my order delivered quickly. Trusted site. The cowboy boots fit normally. Since they are pointed, I took my size: I usually wear 36/37 and took 37 because there is no 36.5. Be careful, the colors may differ a bit between the website and the shoes you receive.
