I bought a jacket in the store and the people were really wonderful and you could feel their love for the profession. I got a bag for my wife through their site which arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately, I had to make a return because the color didn't suit my wife and the responses to my emails were always very quick, 10 to 20 minutes max.
