Mixed feelings about the beige women's sheep net. Ordered in size 38 (my usual size) I found it too big. I did not return it, my mistake, I don't think it's too late since I removed the tag. I still find it pretty but I won't wear it because it's really too loose even with a thick sweater underneath. Conclusion for customers: do not hesitate to return what does not suit you, especially since the after-sales service is very responsive and attentive.

The color of the received garment had nothing to do with that of the website. The garment on the website is hazelnut color and I received a chocolate color. The refund was carried out correctly after its return, assuming the shipping cost (50 euros). The quality of the garment is unbeatable.

Hello, I received my order and one item is missing. I contacted customer service and was told that the item was not available and that it would be sent to me later...... I would have liked to be informed that the item was not available right after the order.... Or at least at the time of delivery: there was nothing!!!!! No information!!!!!

Hello, You placed an order for 4 pieces. The deadlines are indicated under each item. We proceeded with a partial shipment of 3 items out of 4 and we informed you by email. You were informed about the status of your order, partial shipment with the colissimo tracking number, you probably didn't pay attention but you were indeed warned! We decided to split it into two shipments so you wouldn't have to wait for the last item which has a longer delivery time. We never said that the item was not available but rather that it was taken into account and indicated for delivery within 15 days / 3 weeks. The last product is scheduled for shipment this week.
