Hello, we are truly sorry for the return regarding your jacket. You indeed opted for a size M on the down jacket 101101. Unfortunately, we did not have any indications on your measurements, so no control to avoid you return fees. We only had an exchange with size L, but once received you asked us after looking at the size guide for a size 3XL which was no longer available in stock. Very often with the help of measurements, an email, or a call, we do our best to avoid return fees for our customers by guiding them as best as possible on size choice. You ended up canceling the order, so we refunded you for the jacket + the shipping costs of 12 euros from the start, we always proceed this way to avoid our customers excessive shipping fees.
