Phone advice very good, very fast delivery. But I received a jacket that does not quite have the same appearance (quality of leather) as in the photos on the site and whose label was cut off, which looks a bit dubious, especially for a gift. No indication of material. I am therefore a bit disappointed.

I am disappointed with Guignard leathers because I recently bought cowboy boots in size 43, it was the last pair in that size, so there was a discount but for me they were not new (the brand inscription on the soles was partially erased) hence my deduction.

Fast shipping but received a defective new product (inner seams torn). Hence the 4 stars instead of 5... On the other hand, excellent customer service: attentive, quick, efficient, and pleasant!!
