Address problem but very responsive customer service. Delivery without issues and very fast. My only reservation comes from the fact that my shoes which were not soled (Sendra, so brand habit to prove "all leather") were not accompanied by recommendations on this subject. It wasn't my first pair, but I think of those who won't expect it or who more foolishly will wear their shoes in that state. A big waste in perspective...
