Excellent service, the pair of cowboy boots purchased turned out to be a bit tight in size. Called by phone, 'Cuirs Guignard' were very kind and particularly responsive: problem solved in less than a week... I like it. Thank you!

Well-made site, fast parcel shipping by Colissimo with 12€ delivery fees. So far no problem except that the parcel never arrived at my home. The post office says it is in the process of redelivery, I received a notice in my mailbox but the parcel is nowhere to be found. I made a complaint to the Post Office but nothing is happening. Given the price of the order, I am quickly waiting for a response. What to do?
