Delivery and packages always impeccable. This is my second 3/4 jacket purchased and I am a bit disappointed because the photos on the site show the jacket with silver buttons that give a certain charm to the jacket and when I received the jacket, it had black buttons. This does not give the same charm to the jacket at all. I don't know if I will opt for a third jacket from you. Best wishes.

I ordered a leather jacket that I had to return twice because the size did not fit. So far, no worries, they handled my request and quickly sent the requested size. The problem is that returns for size issues are charged, unlike many online sales sites. So I find it risky to order from this site, especially since the ordered item runs very small. For a usual M size, the XL was still too small. So at 8-9 euros for the return to change the size, it's expensive.

Unfortunately, we did not have any indications on your measurements, so no control to avoid you return fees. We only had an exchange with size L, but once received you asked us after looking at the size guide for a size 3XL which was no longer available in stock. Very often with the help of measurements, an email, or a call, we do our best to avoid return fees for our customers by guiding them as best as possible on size choice. You ended up canceling the order, so we refunded you for the jacket + the shipping costs of 12 euros from the start, we always proceed this way to avoid our customers excessive shipping fees. Our apologies for this experience, sincerely ETS GUIGNARD.

I had ordered a leather jacket as a Christmas gift for my partner. Upon arrival, the jacket was simply magnificent, the smooth leather, superb, the cut and every little detail made it an exceptional jacket. Unfortunately, despite sending a size 7XL, the jacket was still too small. Really a shame. I had to return the jacket with much regret given its quality and I was refunded quickly. Special mention to the impeccable customer service that did its best despite a delivery error from the post office during the Christmas holidays with great kindness and refunded my shipping as soon as I informed them of the problem with the post office. In short, based on this order, Guignard leathers offer high-quality garments and remarkable customer service.
