Very nice quality, but had to take an extra size in the Men's Sendra cowboy boots because of the belt around the boot, luckily he has a slim foot... maybe it should be warned that the customer should be very slim-footed. I therefore give up ordering for Women, my instep does not allow me to own... your cowboy boots site is only for skinny people. Moreover, the return in tracked Collissimo is very expensive. Good evening, you ordered on our site the pair of leather boots 8286, which is a model that fits normally quite well. We always specify to our customers who seek advice by phone or by email to take their usual size unless the instep is quite strong. We always find this issue on cowboy boots, as there are no zippers or elastic openings. But we have no issues fitting our customers, regardless of their morphology. On your order, you benefited from free shipping, as for the return costs, we make it clear that it is the customer's responsibility, we are a small structure and cannot afford it. A bit skeptical at first about the manufacturing and origin of the leather, I was quickly reassured once I opened my package. However, you are talking about a specific item, while we offer different qualities, we are sorry that the product does not suit you and that you generalize. You purchased a product ref 10355 on sale at the price of 116 €. It is clearly stated in the description that it is very slightly lined and glued on the leather a bit like on stretch pants. Moreover, you note assembled pieces of leather, there we do not quite understand, all leather models necessarily have several pieces of leather, imagine the size of a lambskin! For the leather cutting, it is just at the bottom, it is a clean cut, it is done on purpose you guess it is not an oversight of the cutter, it is to bring a touch of originality!
