Hello Mr. Depoortere, You indeed placed an order on our site for two items, a jacket on sale therefore in stock and a pair of Sendra boots no longer in stock in your size. We preferred to proceed with two shipments so as not to make you wait too long and thus receive your jacket as quickly as possible. For the boots, as indicated on the site, the shipping time is 4 to 6 weeks on average. We informed you by email of the shipment of the jacket first and that the boots were in production and would be sent later. We thought you had noticed this point that we highlight on the product sheet and in the cart before payment validation, to avoid this kind of dissatisfaction. Best regards ETS GUIGNARD
