The jacket is of good quality, nothing to say about the leather, but very poorly sized for a 6XL. I already have 2 quality leathers of this size, bought elsewhere, and these 6XL are much larger and more comfortable to wear.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, We have just read your message, indeed, this product does not fit very large compared to other straighter or looser shapes. This jacket may be a bit too tight in the armhole despite its 6XL size, as it remains fitted to the body. If you find it too small, please do not hesitate to contact us for an exchange or a refund, have a good day!

I am asked to judge, impossible since after more than 8 days not delivered. Colissimo?? nonsense, I don't even know where my purchase is. Product quality may be good, but how to give an appreciation without having only tried what was bought.

Fast and careful delivery. Serious advice before a return, on the item in question, on the warranty and its possible maintenance. And refund within hours of receiving the item back. Even though I did not purchase the item this time, the company seems very serious and attentive to the customer.

Hello, we take note of your opinion, you find that we have been too slow because you need to move. Your order was placed on 11/23 and shipped on 11/25 for delivery in Spain and it is noted on the tracking that delivery is made today. We thought we had been responsive and respected the deadline indicated on the site which is 7 working days. Sincerely ETS GUIGNARD

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, you indeed placed an order for a pair of boots on 01/01, as we specified on our site during the holidays, the Mayura company was closed until January 7. We indicate a delay of 15 days / 3 weeks for the shipment of the package, your order was therefore taken into account only from the 7th, we are still within the timeframe. We apologize if this delay seems too long to you or if you did not notice it before placing your order. However, if you prefer to cancel the order, we will completely understand. Best regards. ETS GUIGNARD.
