Boots ordered on a Sunday, sent my payment in 4 installments by check and therefore by mail. Boots received on Friday! Received a call on the same day of my order (a Sunday) to inform me that the size ordered for the perfecto might be too tight and that it would be better to consider a size up given my measurements. So, great customer follow-up. Package received the following Friday in Luxembourg, without any issues. Perfecto well packed and folded, nothing to complain about!
