Immediate contact. Received my order very quickly in perfect packaging. The product is in accordance with the description made on the site, with the detail. As it is a jacket, it was even delivered with the hanger that goes well with it! Except for a size problem when it will be offered, on the occasion of Christmas, I have no reason to test the customer service but I am not worried at all if it is up to the treatment of the order... Bravo Cuirs-Guignard! For a first shopping experience, I am won over and will definitely come back to you for a next purchase! T.

My down jacket is losing all its feathers, is that normal???

Translated reviews

Response from Cuirs Guignard Published on 20/12/2016

Hello, it's completely normal at the beginning, down jackets always lose a bit of feathers and volume. If it's too significant, we invite you to return the product to us for verification. We will send you a shipping voucher to your email address, so you won't have any shipping costs. We can then check your problem and make an exchange. Looking forward to your return. See you soon, The Cuirs Guignard team

Order received successfully, remarkable quality. Negative point: shipping costs are way too high and can discourage the buyer from placing an order.

Quality leather in line with the price and made to last a lifetime, product conforms to the description AND its photo (for once), and a seller more than friendly who calls you to clarify the last details, giving you the impression of having a personal tailor available.

To be sure about sizes, we contacted the seller. He advised us well and the coats are really very beautiful and of good quality. We visited many shops before to find the leather we liked and it is with this seller that we were satisfied (at a reasonable price). Thank you

Having ordered a beige leather spencer, we felt upon receipt that we had retrieved a used model, prematurely aged and polished. So for a first order... big disappointment

Translated reviews

Response from Cuirs Guignard Published on 12/12/2016

Hello, The aged beige colors always have a more used appearance but we assure you that we do not sell second-hand items. As discussed together, we will take care of your return and the full refund of your order. Hoping you will find your happiness again on our site. See you soon, The Cuirs Guignard team
