???? Very bad experience we ordered a bomber at 1500€ which arrived torn with defects when we requested the exchange it was not accepted because for them it was normal that it was due to the appearance of the leather. The quality of the jacket had nothing to do with the photos.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello Madam, You indeed bought a sheepskin bomber from the brand Cockpit USA which has been manufacturing high-quality clothing in the USA for many decades. To make these jackets with military references as close as possible to the clothing of the time, this company uses skin aging techniques. We regret if this aspect of the leather did not convince you. Best regards Cuirs Guignard

Very satisfied with the service. Item delivered in good condition. Only downside: the delivery was supposed to be against the handover of a code to the delivery person within a specific time slot. The delivery person came 3 hours later while we were absent. He left the package on the doormat while our house is directly on the street. We were lucky, the package was still there.

If it had been possible, I would have given 5/5 for the efficiency of online shopping and the refund after returning my order. I was disappointed upon receiving the item because the size did not match (I followed the size guide) and the design of the garment: a skirt impossible to wear due to lack of opening at the bottom, which prevents taking a normal step.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, you ordered a pair of cowboy boots on November 1st, a public holiday (+ the day before the weekend), we took it into account on Monday, November 4th. As indicated on our site, you should allow 15 days / 3 weeks for delivery. The order has therefore been in progress for only a week and we inform you that it is being prepared for shipment today or tomorrow at the latest. We will send you the tracking number by email to follow the delivery of your package. And we hope that the boots will satisfy you when trying them on. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD.

I find that the ordering site is well made for measurements. I followed the given measurements and it was the right size. The order was delivered in less than a week. It's true that the color was not really the same, from a red we went to a wine color but very pretty and easier to wear. I will recommend your site.
