the heel part is way too tight, it is very difficult to take off the boots despite a larger size, following a phone conversation and return at my expense, no exchange possible as they were worn for half a day, first and last time with you

Order placed online. Delivery time respected, even a bit early. I was worried that the ordered bag would not arrive on time as it was to be delivered to England, but no problem and excellent tracking. Highly recommend

So when you note that the tracking system is more than rudimentary, we do not understand, you have not received it yet!!! Thank you

A disaster... An order placed on the Web then a proposal to finally go to the store to try the products and in the store, they are not the same products. In short, ultimately no order...

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, we are very very surprised by your message, we had you on the phone. You indeed placed an order online and preferred to go to the store for fittings, so we immediately canceled the order. You were supposed to go to our store in Nantes. We do not have much choice in men's pants and they are indeed the same in-store as on the site, we are sorry that you did not find your happiness.... Best regards

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, we have taken your feedback on the 1920V boots into account. It is a model of high cowboy boots, slim, you may find them narrow at first, the leather needs to stretch. If however, it is really painful, not pleasant, in that case, the size is not right and you need to proceed with an exchange. For that, you need to fill out the online return form and the necessary will be done upon receipt of your package. For any questions or others, we are always reachable by email or by phone at 0549814694. Hoping that you were satisfied with your navigation on the site, the placing of your order, the delivery of your package, and our customer relationship. We wish you a pleasant day. ETS GUIGNARD

I repeat myself because I placed another order and EVERYTHING is absolutely perfect, the quality of the leathers is extraordinary. I recommend this supplier. However, if buyers could be delivered by something other than La Poste, it would be idyllic.
